2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on All Orders in the Lower 48.

Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden shipping fees from us.

4. Order Handling and Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days.

Estimated total delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from the date an order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If a product requires additional processing or delivery time, the relevant product page will state this. That product-specific information will override the general estimates above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders ship through trusted national carriers. Depending on the destination and package size, we may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace where appropriate.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@backyardretreatliving.com or (720) 362-2081.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return; please see our full Return Policy for details.

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for approved items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return, using the original payment method.

Do not send returns to our business address unless we provide written return authorization and instructions.

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional reshipment fees may apply.
